Bayfield County Board adopts one-year on livestock facilities licensing moratorium in an 8-5 vote

In a packed courtroom where tensions often flared, Bayfield County Supervisors voted Wednesday to adopt a one-year moratorium with the option to extend it six additional months if necessary on livestock facilities licensing in Bayfield County, effective immediately.
